-Battlesphere should be released sometime in 1999 for the encryption key has been found finally! -Protector is 85-90% complete and should be done within the coming months. -Carl Forhan has obtained the source code to the Doom engine has has announced plans to make a Jaguar game using it. -Force DESIGN has announced that they are working on a new game for the Jaguar, I will post the link to their web page soon. -Native a game that has thought to have been dead at 30% complete for the Jaguar a long time ago due to publisher problems has been reborn through Villi Jarva. I will post a link to the official site soon. -Last Blade 2 has been announced for the Neo Geo CD to be released in Late Feb. -There might be a JagFest 99 this year, stay tuned for details. -Chris Mullins new Neo Geo site is now open. -Philips has announced that they are currently sold out of their Scuba headset. Mini Review of Attack of the Mutant Penguins for the Atari Jaguar by Ultimate Gamplayer Magazine 9#3 -The premis here is simple: All Mutant Peguins must die! Got it? Good. What makes this game fun is the many different ways you've got at your command to snuff the little rotters! Remember the only good penguin is a dead penguin! This is cool! Overall-88% Mini Review of Defender 2000 for the Atari Jaguar by Ultimate Gameplayer Magazine 9#3 -With its solid gameplay, this game was once the champion of the arcades. Now, its still got solid gameplay and it's still fun as all hell! Along with the original game, their are two other versions with better graphics, but the original is still the best! Overall 81% Mini Review of Missle Command for the Atari jaguar by Ultimate Gameplayer Magazine 9#3 -Most of the really cool games for the Jaguar have been re-issues of the old games of yesteryear and this is no exception. The really cool game in this package is the VR game. With its bosses and its real 3D look, this game has it all! Overall 83% Look for lots more upcoming reviews in the future!
