Meat Doner (Shawirma, Gyros)

Recipe Ingredients

10 Lbs Ground Beef
10 Lbs Ground Lamb
2 lbs Lamb
1 cup milk
3 onion
10 cloves garlic
Salt
Black Pepper




Recipe Directions

Combine all the spices with ground meat and run it thru the grinder.
In a large mixing pan combine mashed garlic, graded onion, salt ,black pepper and vegetable oil
Slice and flaten the meat and marinate them in a mixture you have just prepared.
Start making huge hamburgers start with the size of the bottom stopper of the Doner machine
After start making 1/2 inch bigger burger than the previous ones.
Place the marinated meat on the stopper and place you first burger
Again on the top of the burger one layer of meat then the second piece of burger.
Built your way up until no more meat left. Start the rotisere machine and slice outher shell when it is cooked.
Serve on or in a pitta bread with either tahini sauce, yogurt sauce or plain with lettuce, tomato and onions.
