2 large clove of Garlic
1 tsp Worchester Shire Sauce
1 tsp Red Wine Vinegar
1 Egg
1 Lemon
1 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 tsp Smirnoff Black Caviar
2 tbsp sliced Sundried tomato
1/2 cup Crouton
1/2 cup Permesan Cheese
1 lbs Fresh Atlantic Salmon
fresh ground black pepper
sunflower oil

Mash garlic with anchoives
Mix in rest of the ingredients except caviar, cheese and croutons...
Break romain lettuce with hand in to dressing and toss it...
Add caviar and Grilled Salmon...
Top it with cheese and croutons...
