Dough:
2 lbs Flour
2/3 oz (2 tbsp) Honey
2 tsp Salt
2 Cup Water (100 F)
3.3 oz (1/2 cup Melted) Crisco
(if liquid oil used 5 oz oil and 1 3/4 Cups of water)
1 package (2 1/4 tsp) Quick Rise Yeist
Pizza Sauce:
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp White Pepper
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder or Fresh
1 can Crushed Tomatos

Melt the shortning
Add water, salt, honey and the yeist
Add the flour and mix with dough hook
Spray with oil
Cover and let it rise at room tempeture
(warmer room is better)
When the dough is double the originial size punch it down and divide into 5 equal pieces
Make a ball with each piece as you fold it in with your hands
Refrigrate covered with wrap oruse after 5 minutes of rest. (let it rise for 15 minutes at room tempature if using refrigrated one)
Flour the dough and the surface after punching it down, then roll it to 1/8 inch thickness.
