Recipe Ingredients
2 lbs Fresh Fruit
1 cup sugar
1/2 lemon



Recipe Directions
On a medium heat stir Fresh Fruit in a non-stick pan for 5 minutes.
Lower the heat while adding the sugar to prevent burning, boil totally 20 minutes increasing heat eventually.
Add 1/2 lemon juice and boil for another 5 minutes.
Let it cool before transfering to jars.
