5 slice cubed Bread
1 Large grated Onion
1/4 Bunch finely chopped Parsley
1 clove finely chopped Garlic
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1 cup Milk
5 piece hard boiled Eggs
4 boiled Carrots
2 lsbs lean Ground Beef
1 3oz can Peas

In a large bowl let the sliced bread dry
Add the grated onion, parsley, garlic, mustard, milk, 1 egg, pepper and salt to season
Mix the ingredients until getting a consistent mush
Add the ground beef and mix until consistent
Boil the remaining 4 eggs until hard then peel the shell off
Also boil the carrots until soft
Spread the meat mixture in a 12x18 2" deep pan
Line the eggs and the carrots in each side of the eggs
Fill the remaining empty spots between eggs and carrots with peas
Fold one side of the meat over the top of the eggs, then the other side of the meat over the top
Brush the meatloaf with lemon juice
Optional: Put potato, carrots, peas and grated tomatos on each side of the meatloaf and add 1 cup of water
Cook in 375 F oven approximately 45 minutes
