25 New Zealand large Black Mussels
1 cup Rice
2 cups Water
2 tbls Olive Oil
2 oz Black Currents
2 oz Pine Nuts
1 oz All Spice
2 tlbs sugar
1/2 tlbs Black Pepper
1/4 salt
1 large onion

Dice onion and saute it in olive oil.
When translusant stir in the rice.
Stir rest of the ingredients except mussels for a minute or two.
Cover and cook the rice until holes appear on top.
Turn off the heat.
Cover with paper towel, put the lit back again.
Quick steam the mussels, fill with rice filling.
In a large pan lay mussels saperatly with very little water, steam it for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
