3 Cloves Garlic
2 Cups Walnut
1 tsp Salt
1/2 cup Tomato Paste
1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1 cup of water ( Chicken Stock if not vegetarian )

Combine all ingredients in a blender. Chop them until they are in a spread form.
Spread them on a toasted bread, pida or a cracker.
