Dough:
1 cup Yogurt
1 cup Melted Margarine 2 fingers of it Mazolla
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
Flour ( until dough is done but bit sticky)
Filling Options:
Feta Cheese mixed with Parsley
Ground Lamb with salt, blackpepper, onions, pinenuts and currents
Spinach with salt, blackpepper, onions, Feta Cheese

Make little round doughs as big as a saucer
Fill with desired filling
Fold in two and press the edges
Brush with egg yolk
Bake in 350 F preheated oven until golden brown.
