Dough:
5 cups unbleached Flour
Salt
Warm Water
1/6 cup Mazolla
Filling:
2 lbs Fresh Spinach
1 smal Onion
1 tbsp Flour
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Black Pepper

Mush all of the filling ingredients until they are well mixed.
Mix ingredients to make a smooth dough
Divide the dough in 24 pieces
Strecth each dough out approximatly foot and a half in diameter
In within the doughs brush very thing leyer of oil
Put 13 layers of dough at the bottom
Spread the filling and cover with rest of the doughs
Preheat the oven to 350
Baked the pie until golden brown and rised
Top it with non-fat plain yogurt
