2 cloves of Garlic
1 cup Tahini
1/2 cup freshly squeezed Lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh Parsley, finely chopped

Using a mortar and pestle, crush the garlic and salt together into a paste. Mix in the tahini and parsley beat in the lemon juice. Slowly add water until the mixture crumbles. Keep adding water to solve the crumble till you reach texture of mayonnaise. Add salt and pepper to taste.
