1/2 cup Rice
1/2 gallon Water
1 lbs Sugar
16/1 oz Saffron
3 tbls Rice Starch
2 oz Currants
2 oz Pine Nuts

Boil rice in water.
When rice is cooked add sugar, saffron.
Cook five more minutes.
Delute starch, add slowly to boiling mix.
Distribute to bowls. Decorate with pine nuts and currents.
