Desk Organizer
Gather boxes and cans of different sizes and tape together in a pattern that you like. Cover with felt, paper, or modge podge. When dry, use different containers to organize rulers, pencils, pens, erasers, paper, etc.

Pencil Holder
Small pringles containers. Cover with fabric, felt or paper and decorate. To make animals, use felt pieces for ears, pom poms for the nose and googly eyes. Kids can either create a critter or decorate with shapes.

Shape School Bus
Cut out orange-yellow rectangle and square shapes for the body of the bus. Black circles for wheels and white squares for windows. Children can put their buses together and then draw the children on the bus looking out the windows.

Bulletin Board
I found a simple picture of a school bus on the web. I ran it off on yellow paper. Then I cut out the spaces where the windows were and placed pictures of the daycare kids in those places. I made a road/highway out of construction paper and put the bus(es) on the road. The caption read: "We're on our way to fun and learning!" Oh, for the bus drivers spot, I found pictures of Clifford (the big red dog). The kids thought that was cool that Clifford was their bus driver, LOL!
