Hello Friends and Fans of our theatre!

We are looking forward to continuing our traditions with presenting blacklight theatre to our fans in our city and neighborhoods. With 101 varied performances since 1970 the cast of Bill Kranz, Charles Heuvelman, Mike Ketcher, Natalie Toney, SPARKS, Amanda and COSMO will do our very best to enlighten you.

Our team is putting together some new photo albums and a link on Tripod to all our shows in successive order as a biography. (The link is on Page 2 and called "To Page 2..." but for some reason the document pasted in with all text in CAPS and all run together. I'll work on that later after Tripod presents it's new Webon editing tool.)

Here is a quick look at some upcoming public-type shows, videos and other opportunities for 2009:

1.) The Celestial Theatre got it's start sacrificing waterbeds and we continue this tradition from 1970. We have confirmed a public show in late summer whereby we will destroy 4 waterbeds. This show date has been confirmed for Saturday Night, Sept. 12th, 2009. The show has a $5.00 admission fee and will be at the Lemp Neighborhood Art Center at Lemp and Utah St. The show is called WATERBEDS 4X. 2.) We have signed up to read a poem back at the Map Room. More event details later.

3.) VIDEO WORK: 1. The "Forbidden Color" show has been titled and edited. A excerpt is on VIMEO see below. 2. The Double Waterbed Sacrifice slideshow is on VIMEO also. 3. The Windows Treatment skit is on Vimeo 4. Editing has begun on the Triple Waterbed Sacrifice show.

4.) The Celestial Theatre Guidebook: This guidebook is a 9 page .PDF that goes over the whole history of our theatre. Will try to post a link here for it or email me if you want a copy!

We are also looking for additional performers, especially females. Another need is for a registered Pyrotechnican. Just let me know if interested at 314-517-8322.
