The Labour Day Classic is a Canadian sports tradition that ushers in the fall sports season.  There are big games played in Calgary, Alberta  ( Calgary Stampeders vs Edmonton Eskimos) ... Regina, Saskatchewan ( Saskatchewan Roughriders vs Winnipeg Blue Bombers) ... Vancouver, B.C. ( BC Lions vs Montreal Alouettes) ... and in Hamilton, Ontario.

The Labour Day Classics also mark the point in the CFL season where every game starts to be far more important to the final standings.  It is the beginning of the Stretch Run to the playoffs!

This page will focus on the Classic game that takes place between the Toronto Argonauts and the Hamilton Tiger Cats at Ivor Wynne Stadium in Hamilton, Ontario.  The score is not important ... nor is who has won more games. This page is dedicated to the spirit and aura of the Labour Day Classic.
