Gameplay: Black Bass is a tournament fishing game, in which it israther easy to catch fish, but tough to catch and land the big bass. You can catch several types of fish, but only bass count in the tournament standings. Your lure selection contains many lures to choose from, and you also have total control of where you place your boat on the lake. Graphics: The graphics are a somewhat mixed bag. The actual graphics while working the lure through the water are pretty simplistic, but when you hook a fish, the fish graphics are great and are very large and detailed. Sound: Pretty good sound with lots of little details, like the sound ofyour line as it is about to break, and you can hear as the fish takes line off of your reel. Music: The music is one song repeated over and over while fishing. Play Control: The control is excellent, in that it is simple, but it doesn't limit you in the least. The menu screen controls are a little tricky. Final Analysis: Black Bass is an excellent game and is the best Game Boy fishing game there is period.
