Opening Snide Remarks: I'm not very familiar with the Rare developed Donkey
Kong games.  I played Donkey Kong Country a little bit.  I can only hope that
this game is pretty good.

Gameplay Descripion: If you've ever played a platform game before, then you
know how to play this game.  The point of the game is to get from point A to
point B without losing all of your lives.  Very Unoriginal.

Liked: Easy to pick up and play.
Hated: VERY unoriginal gameplay.

Graphics Description: This game almost makes up for it's unoriginality by 
providing some breathtaking visuals.  This game puts Killer Instinct to 
shame.  DKL features some large characters that are nicely detailed. The 
backgrounds are very nice as well.

Liked: Beautiful graphics.

Hated: Slight graphical breakup on the GBC.

Sound/Music Description: DKL has some really nice music with some great sound
fx thrown in.

Liked: Great music and excellent sound fx.

Hated: Nothing.

Play Control/Game Design: DKL has some great controls, but I feel that the 
control is over-simplified.  You can jump and roll-attack enemies. That's 
pretty much it.  You can also throw barrels, which rarely appear.  The game
design is pitiful.  The Super Mario Land series makes the design in DKL look
like crap.  It's just like every other platform game.

Liked: Great control.

Hated: Unoriginal design.

you're looking for a platform game with an original idea in it look
