If you would like to switch your group discount to CHASE SC, please go to http://www.hslda.org/join/discountgroups/discounts.asp#grpdiscount in order to print out the HSLDA Group Discount Enrollment Form. If you have Adobe you can click on the Enrollment Form to print out a copy. If not, you may click on the button Printer Friendly Version, to print out a copy. Make sure you fill out the Enrollment Form and send it with your application to CHASE SC. We will comply this information on the appropriate forms for HSLSA and will return it to them.
If you are not a member of HSLDA, but would like to join you may go to http://www.hslda.org/join/tour5.asp in order to print out the HSLDA application with Adobe. If you do not have Adobe you may request an application by emailing info@hslda.org, and requesting that an application be mailed to you. Please fill out the HSLDA membership form and mail it along with your check made out to HSLDA for $85 to us with your application to CHASE SC.
You may apply on line at http://www.hslda.org/join/tour5.asp; however we do not have a group number yet and you will not be eligible for the group discount with us. We will post the group number here as soon as we have received it.
We feel confident that we will have the 15 members required for getting a group discount number really soon. This service is available to our CHASE SC members in order to save those families that choose membership with HSLDA a few dollars. With this program you will receive the $15 group rate discount and your HSLDA membership will only be $85, instead of the regular $100 membership fee.
