| 11/3/00...Well boys and girls... Its Billy with your news update... partly cloudy with a ray of sunshine at the end..... Paul E. King our beloved drummer and one of my oldest and closest friends has decided due to prior commitments (his business) he must part ways with Cherry Bang... he didnt want to not be able to do his fair share for the band and his schedule is so hectic that he just couldn't find the time. There is absolutely NO hard feelings here... I know everyone says that but we really mean it... and just to prove that we are not kidding.... Paul E and I have decided to re "vamp" Restless Gypsy our PRE BANG band. It will be Me on lead vocals and guitar...Kehli on bass, Steve on lead guitar and Paul on drums... we will be doing shows as time in Cherry Bang permits.. we will be playing all your fav Cherry Bang songs.. plus a BUNCH of covers from OUR favorites. Its gonna be smashing! lol... We DO have a new drummer.. he IS learning everything.. and is gonna play the 10th with us in Cleveland as his 1st show.... come see who it is... |
