This is the 1955 Studebaker Commander Regal Coupe that I have recently purchased

as it looked in 1984 recently after it was restored by Ray Martin of Canada.

It is a Canadian car, built in Hamilton, Ontario and when this pic was taken it had been a one owner car.

It is equipped with a 259 CID engine, three speed and overdrive. wire wheels, skirts, radio, heater, wide whites,

dual antennaes, and a red and black naugahyde interior.

It sat in a garage for 13 years, never driven, never started, until I saw it and made an offer.

...and this is what I bought.

...but then---we cleaned it !!

and the way it is now...

Now it joins my semi-stock 1955 Stude pickup and my still unfinished 455 CID Oldsmobile powered coupe. Quite an addition too I might add. All I need now is my cousins Jet Green 1964 Daytona Hdtp.. .and three garages... and time... and MONEY!!
