Here are quick bios of the some of the main characters.

HUNTER
Hunter is the leader of the pack and is from America. He's a Golden Retriever, and is exactly 50% Retriever, 25%
Bloodhound, 15% Pointer and 10% Spaniel. He claims to have many super powers such as: super playful, super loyal, super trusting, super friendly, super forgiving, super lucky, super patient and super generous, but his main power is super speed. Hunter is the pet of the United States' President.

COLLEEN
Colleen is a Collie who comes from London. Her super powers are super agility and super cunning. She also knows martial arts, and is very good at it. Colleen has a crush on Hunter, and also usually makes Blitz look like a moron by calling him names such as: "Stuffington Fluffy Pants", or responds with something like, "Do I know you?" and so on. Colleen is second in control.

EXILE
Exile is a Siberian Husky from Russia, and is the Russian President's pet. He has neat super powers which are: ice vision, night vision and heat vision.  He is also super strong. His famous line is, "I love being Road Rover!" Oh yeah... Exile also is known to call Blitz a "weird boy" (I wouldn't blame him).

BLITZ
Blitz is the Doberman who comes from Germany. He has super sharp teeth and super sharp claws. He says he's brave, but most of the time he's just scared of everything, and complaining. Usually, Blitz is the one who gets made fun of.  He always tries to impress Colleen but she dosen't care (she'll just respond by forgeting his name or kicking him across the room).  Blitz is also known to like pepperment milkshakes, which grosses everyone out.

SHAG
Shag is a sheepdog who comes from Switzerland. Shag was supposed to have super bravery, but it turned out to be super cowardness. At least he has super strength and can carry lots of stuff in his fur (very helpful). When Shag transdogmafied into a Cano-Sapien, he just got bigger (a lot bigger). He speaks his own 'dog language' which Hunter can only understand, however, a few characters have been able to understand him in several episodes.

MUZZLE
Muzzle (or Scout) is a Rottweiler, who was transdogmafied (or you can say Cano-Mutated by Parvo) into Muzzle. He's uncontrollable that's why he is always wearing a straight jacket, but he is sometimes released (to attack a baddie). While this is happening, it's not a pretty sight. However, you never actually see what's going on which mostly is good. "Let's Muzzle 'em!"

THE MASTER
The Master (Professor Shepard) is the one who originally created the Transdogmafier and built Road Rover Mission Control. He also gave all the Rovers their current homes. The Master stays behind at the base and briefs the Rovers on thier missions.

PROFESSOR HUBERT
Professor Hubert is the scientist at Road Rover Mission Control. He simply analyzes the clues the Rovers bring back from their missions.

GENERAL PARVO
Parvo is the main baddie. He stole the plans for the Transdogmafier and created the Cano-Mutator which transforms a dog into a mutant. Basically, he wants to rule the world and get rid of Professor Shepard and the Rovers.

GROOMER
She's Parvo's assistant who helps him in his evil work. Even though she would rather have Felo-Mutants fighting the Rovers instead of Cano-Mutants, she still follows the Generals orders (except in "Dawn of the Groomer" when she became digusted). She's also the one who carries around those lozenges for Parvo's "coughing problem".

CANO-MUTANTS
These monsters are Parvo's main troops and guards. They were originally normal dogs, but they were sent through the Cano-Mutator and became evil. They destroy and wreck havoc throughout the cities and are ready to do anything Parvo orders them to do.

CAPTAIN ZACHARY STORM
Captain Storm is another baddie who wants to get revenge on the world. Even though he only appeared in two episodes ("Storm from the Pacific", and "Take Me to Your Leader"), he almost succeeded in his evil plans. Also, always with him are his skilled troops who are ready to fight off any trespassers.

COLONEL GUSTAV HAVOC
Colonel Havoc is a real troublemaker and leader of Ovitznia.  He once stole a priceless septor to bring two countries to war just to make some money ("Where Rovers Dare").
