4 turkey cutlets
1 taespoon butter
1 big onion
0.1 l dry white wine
150 g gorgonzola cheese
100 g Creme fraiche
3 tablespoons green pepper
1 tablespoons parsley, fine chopped
preparation:Season steaks with pepper and salt and fry them very short on both sides. Put them in a heatresistant form.
Chop onion in rings und fry them in butter unil it is pale brown. Add small pieces of gorgonzola cheese. When is cheese is melted, add the other ingredients (without parsley). Cook all toward a creamy sauce.
Spoon the sauce over the turkey steaks and bake in the preheated oven for 15 minutes at 225 C.
