Quiche Lorraine

ingredients for one baking tin:
dough:
200 g flour
150 g butter
1 teaspoon baking powder
salt
6 tablespoons water

Topping:          
8- 10 eggs 
0,125 l milk
40 g butter
salt       
pepper
nutmeg        
300- 400 g grated cheese
300 cooked ham
1 small onion

preparation: make a dough and cool it for 30 minutes. Put
dough in a round baking form and bake in the preheated oven
at 200 C until it is pale brown.

topping: Stir eggs, milk, melted butter, grated cheese,
cooked ham and season it with salt (only a little bit),
pepper and nutmeg. Put the topping on the dough and bake
at 200 C in the baking oven.
