As the last masterpiece of my late owner Belthasaur, He has told me to communicate with you the following relay message on how to improve the standing of your qualifying communications file through our "Award Program."

     Our Award Program is for two types of web sites; fan fiction sites and Chrono Trigger sites.  Since we feel we can only judge what we have done, we give awards to those type of sites.  To register your site to be eligible to receive an award, please fill out the appropriate form.
     The program features two awards.  The Light Award is for Chrono Trigger sites we feel are outstanding.  The Dark Award is for fan fiction sites that are outstanding.  In order to receive the enhancement, you must have a stellar, not just outstanding site.  There are no requirements besides putting your site under the appropriate category (if you don't, it's gone).  But, believe us, we will grade harshly.  If you happen to win both awards, with enhancements, we will make you a custom award for your excellence.  We do not search the web to give an award.  If we, by chance, cross by a site we like, and deserves an award, we will do so, but we will not search through the deepest ends of Yahoo! categories to give you one.  It's not laziness, but the fact that a normal web surfer would not spend half his life trying to visit a site.  If there was a good hard-to-find site, and an lesser quality, easy-to-find site, the latter would get more hits, instead of frustrating the web surfer.  The purpose of a site is to satisfy the web surfer, for whatever topic or reason they came to your site for.  Keep this in mind when making or updating a web site.
