The Family of Guilford Yates



When Guilford Yates became a vampire, he had had four children, three of whom were living, and his wife was pregnant. Throughout the years he has been a vampire, he keeps track of where the descendents of his four daughters have gone, and how his family has grown. He rarely intervenes in the lives of his family, but he knows where they are, all of them.

The first generation, Guilford's children, are in reds. None of them are alive today.
The second generation, Guilford's grandchildren, are in oranges. Those who have died are in pale orange. Those who live are bright. One of Guilford's grandchildren is still alive today.
The third generation, Guilford's great-grandchildren, are in yellows. Those who have died are in pale yellow. Those who live are bright. Eight of Guilford's great-grandchildren are living today.
The fourth generation, Guilford's great-great-grandchildren, are in greens. Those who have died are pale. Those who live are bright. There are 88 living of the fourth generation.
The fifth generation, Guilford's great-great-great grandchildren, are in blues. Those who have died are pale. Those who live are bright. There are currently 201 living in the fifth generation, and more are still to come.
The sixth generation, Guilford's great-great-great-great grandchildren, are in indigos. Those who have died are pale. Those who live are bright. There are currently 241 living in the sixth generation, and more are still to come.
The seventh generation, Guilford's great-great-great-great-great grandchildren, are in violets. This generation has barely begun. Only three have been born so far, seven generations from Guilford.
