The fourth floor is set up for those who may need or wish to spend a night in the Elysium. All windows in the guest rooms are made with lockable shutters, and heavy black curtains to reinforce them. The furniture in these rooms would suit any four star hotel. The open lounge area is set up as other lounges in the building are. The porch here is open. The VIP guest room has its own porch. The courtyard balcony is accessible via the lounge, and the other rooms are primarily accessible via the balcony. The two secure rooms lock from the outside. Furniture in these is minimal, and the windows have been bricked over and sealed.
