Timetips now offer a complete repair service on this clock model as it contains a Hechinger Quartz Movement.

There are two known variants of the movement used in the original clock and both are capable of being repaired. There is a third type but is basically a Chinese copy. We can also replace the movement in that type as well.

The repair process involves exchanging certain original movement components that are no longer available of the shelf. This involves disassembly /reassembly work and a knowledge of electronics as well as conventional clock repair.

We have decided to add this service to our website as we are a specialist in Hechinger Quartz movements and are constantly asked about these valuable and very collectible clocks.

We can also repair the pendulum drive unit if that is the only faulty  part of the clock.

Prices start at £125:00 (GB Pounds) plus shipping depending on the complexity of the work needed.

Repairs can take up to 4-6 weeks depending on how many we have in progress.

Timetips guarantee their repairs of these clocks for two years.

Please use the Contact Us page if you would like to know more.
