Apparently,Neil & Phil are next door neighbours ; Lee met Roger on a skiing trip.Then,a mutual friend introduced the four of them, and they clicked.
After landing the record deal, the group had no name yet,so all their paperwork was put in a file labelled by a red marker.The guys noticed that,a(mental)lightbulb flashed--and Code Red was created!!!
