Nobody can resist the squishy, wrinkly face of a bulldog. There is just something about them that makes heads turn, makes you smile, makes you just want to snuggle and kiss them. They are a special breed. They are a high maintenance breed. They get allergies, they can't be out in the heat for long periods of time, they can have skin problems, sores in their wrinkles and between their toes, need tail pocket cleaned and many other things but.......they are smart, a lot of fun, they fart just like a guy and then walk away and blame a spider, they sleep with their tongue out and not to forget, they drool!! I have a bulldog and once you have one, you are hooked. No other dog is like a bulldog. They are just a beautiful, happy breed that loves human contact. If they choose to sleep in your bed, it's not long before it's THEIR bed!! They love children and will guard a baby because they think it's THEIR baby! If you are feeling down or discouraged, just look at a bulldog and all your troubles seem much smaller. This site is dedicated to all the bulldogs that have been called to cross The Bridge. Some are very loved pets, some have had a rough life and haven't made it to their forever homes and some have been adopted but, whatever the reason, there isn't a baby in this section that isn't loved in some way or another. Whether for only a few minutes or for years, we love 'em!! |
