James, Mildred Ann (Reamy) - Mildred was born January 23, 1928 and went to be with her Lord August 1987. She was the daughter of James A. and Alice M. Reamy (below). Her brother says, "As kids, sis and I always were playfully fighting and arguing, but as we grew older, we began to understand each other. For many years she guided me and helped me make the right decisions when I would start to go in the wrong direction. I respected her because she had the wisdom of knowing what was happening in my life. I miss her greatly." Mildred was a wonderful daughter and sister.

Jordan, Eugene B. - Eugene was born in Dodge City Kansas on September 15, 1922. He came to California at a young age. His first job was selling newspapers, in Los Angeles on the corner of 7th & Alverado, for 3 cents each. He enlisted in the Army in July of 1943. He received a Purple Heart during World War II and a Medical Discharge in December 1945. Because he would "rather drive than eat" he began a 35 year career of driving in 1946 with United Parcell Service, retiring from Yellow Freight in 1981. Gene had a great love for his family and a deep commitment to his friends. He accepted Jesus as his savior on Valentine's Day 1999, and went to be with his Lord 2 days later. His family says, "We miss him, but we shall see him again, over there." Included are these verses from the Bible, "And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be anymore pain: for the former things are passed away." Revelations 21:4 and "For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the Lord, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end." Jeremiah 29:11. He is greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

Langill, Robert - Robert was born August 15, 1939 and at 55 years young he suddenly went to be with his Lord on March 10, 1995 after suffered a massive heart attack. His daughter Jennifer, the youngest of 4 daughters, says, "He was the most warmest and gentle person I have ever known. I am not yet married and i do not have any children. I wish my dad could be part of all the celebrations I hope for in the future. I know he physically won't be there but he will be in spirit! This time of the year my father would adopt a family in need for Christmas, he would take all the kids on the block Christmas caroling for donations and we would then go and buy the family presents for their children. My sisters and I still carrying on that tradition. Thank you daddy for showing me how to be the best I can be. I love You!!!!!" He left behind his loving wife, 4 daughters, and 5 grandchildren. He will be lovingly missed by his family and friends."

Lanterman, Minnie Ellen - Minnie went to be with her Lord August 1996. Her daughter, Roberta, says, "I had a Memory Garden made after my mother died. She loved flowers and was an avid gardener in addition to being a wonderful mother and all around nice lady. She was a hard worker and provided examples of love, patience, tolerance, and generosity that taught me how to be a better person. Mother was one month short of 84 years old when she went to Heaven to help tend the gardens there. We miss her and think of her daily as we view the memory garden and remember all the wonderful loving things she did. She was my best friend growing up. One whom I could share all my secrets. One who surprised me throughout life with her forgiving wonderful ways." She will be greatly missed by her loving family and friends.

Littleton, Margaret - Margaret went to be with her Lord and her special friend Kathy says, "My dear friend passed away." She is missed so much by her friends and family.


Lockrow, William R. - William was born July 14, 1955 and went to be with his Lord and joined his mother on March 26, 1991. He is greatly missed by his loving sister Judy, family and friends.

Lumpkins, Donald Ernest - Our third son, Donald was born June 27, 1960, and went home, to be with our Lord, on July 21, 1978. He left behind, many wonderful memories, and loved ones. His goal in life, was to spread Gods word. Now, he looks upon the face of the one who loaned him to us, for 18 precious years. We thank God, for allowing us that pleasure. Our loss was Heavens gain.... until we meet again...........Your earthly family, loves and misses you.
