Marsi, Paul Joseph Sr. - Paul was born July 27, 1967 and went home, to be with his Lord on May 5, 1990. Living in Bunnell, Florida, he was a passenger in a pick-up truck that colided with a semi-truck and tragically, he was killed instantly. He leaves behind two beautiful children; a daughter, age 2, and a son, age 4, his mother and father, his brothers and sister, Donna, who miss him very much. He was only 22 years young and loved making stereo speakers, building models, Lego's, and fixing cars. His sister says, "I called him 'bro' all the time, as, he is my brother! At night time, when everything is quiet, I go outside, look up to the heavenly sky and I think to myself, that my dear brother, Paul, is dancing on the stars. I like to think that he watches over us and helps to take care of the little children, up in heaven, that died too soon. I miss you so much bro!!!."

Martin, Colonel Abrams - Abrams went to be with his Lord and wife, Lucy Martin (below), leaving behind family and friends who love him and miss him. He was a loving father and grandfather.

Martin, William J. - Tech Sgt. William J. Martin, Flight Engineer B-25 Bomber, United States Air Force. William was born October 13, 1929 in Sweet Valley, Pennsylvania and went to be with God on December 05, 1994. He left behind his wife Aileen, his Children and other family members who love him and miss him deeply. He was a good Father and taught kindness, love and honesty. He was a Military Hero. Thank you, Sir, for your outstanding service to our Country.

McCready, Mindy - A very talented singer and mother of two small boys. Her life was tragically ended in suicide.

McGowan, Brenda Bicard - In Memory Loving Memory of My Sweet Angel, Brenda Bicard McGowan. Brenda was born January 18, 1971 and in the early morning of April 24, 1999, at the age of 28, she went to Heaven. Her mother says, "She died one day after my 55th birthday. She died in the hospital very unexpectedly of an infection. She was a diabetic and on home dialysis's. Brenda, Mom loves you and I miss you, I will always have an empty place in my heart. Love You, Mom." She is greatly missed by her family and friends.

McKinney, Vicky Lee - A very loved Sister, Vicky was born in 1963 and was called Home in 2010. Though her life on this earth was short, she had many friends and loved ones who miss her terribly. Stacey says this about her Sister: "Toughest thing I have ever been through in life next to losing my dad.. Lost her on Thanksgiving day which makes it even more rough... But it does get better with time, i still get that lump in my throat, but don't bust out in tears at the drop of a hat. Just thank God I was blessed to be with her at the very last moments... Not a lot of us get that!! She keeps me safe and i always feel her with me...thats the power of sisterhood, it never leaves, even when they do!!!" Vicky is missed but never forgotten. 'Til we meet again....

McKenzie, Brinda - Brinda Denise McKenzie, of Tawas City, passed away unexpectedly Friday, March 28, 2014 in Tawas City, age 53 years. Brinda was born on July 28, 1960 in Salina, Kansas to Clifford and Cora (Brown) LaValle. She graduated from Oscoda High School in the class of 1979. Brinda was employed for 7 years by Tawas Wal-Mart as a Deli Associate. She will be always remembered for her warm, generous, loving heart and unselfish character. Brinda absolutely adored and cherished her children and 2 grandchildren. She was an avid NASCAR enthusiast and volunteered countless hours for the Iosco County Relay for Life and cancer awareness. Brinda will be forever missed by all who knew her. She is survived by her 4 loving children, Tiffany Young in St. Louis, Missouri; Joshua (Tina Letson) McKenzie of Hale; Austin Hutchings of Tawas City; and Aaron LaValle in North Carolina; her significant other, David Quarters of Tawas City; 2 grandchildren, Paige Carroll and C.J. Carroll; her father, Clifford LaValle of Dallas, Texas; 4 sisters, Debbie (Keith) Wilkinson of Laurel, Mississippi, Linda Aldridge of Winter Garden, Florida, Sanja (Moises) Rojas of Romulus, Michigan, and Darlene LaValle of Dallas, Texas; many nieces, nephews, cousins, and very special friends. Brinda is preceded in death by her mother, Cora LaValle and her brother-in-law, Roger Aldridge. A funeral service is scheduled for Wednesday, April 2, 2014 at 2:30 PM at the Buresh Funeral Home in Tawas City. Her family will welcome friends for visitation on Wednesday from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM at the funeral home. Those wishing to make a memorial contribution can do so to her family.

Meadors, A. Clark - A. Clark was born April 5, 1917 and went to be with his Lord on February 3, 2000. His loving daughter says, "A. Clark Meadors was my Dad, is my Dad. He left to join my Mom, Frances, my sister, Janet, my brother,Kevin and my nephew, Sammie. I and my family miss him greatly. My Dad raised my younger sister and I after Mom died, we were 13 and 16. We found out he had cancer the week of Thanksgiving. I didn't have time to accept his illness before he was gone. My heart is broken and empty without my Daddy, I miss him so. He was so very proud of his three daughters, two sons-in-law, nine grandchildren, thirteen great grandchildren, one great great grandson. I never thought, I guess, he would have to go. He's always been there for everything in our lives. I never knew anything could hurt so, so much. Daddy we will never forget you and will love you forever. I love you, Daddy." Sheila.

Medley, Kathy Jo - Kathy, was 32 years young when she left to be with her Lord. She is greatly missed by her sister.

Melzer, Dr. Thomas Carl - .Dr. Melzer was born on April 23, 1952 and passed on September 04, 2012. Thomas Carl Melzer, born in Denver, CO to Robert and Elizabeth Melzer, died suddenly due to heart complications at St. Mary's Hospital. He is survived by his wife of 37 years, Judy (Comer) Melzer of Grand Junction; father, Robert of Denver; sons, Douglas of Denver, and Tyler and wife, Molly and grandson, Oliver of Boston; brothers, James of Littleton, and Richard of Billings, MT. Tom grew up in Denver and attended Cherry Creek High School where he played lacrosse and soccer. Went to Colorado State University for undergraduate studies and veterinary school, where he met the love of his life, Judy. After shortly practicing veterinary medicine in Oregon and Franktown, CO, he established the Orchard Mesa Veterinary Hospital where he compassionately treated animals across the valley and enjoyed work alongside his coworkers so much that he never considered full retirement. He was raised an avid outdoorsmen and followed family tradition as third generation backpacker of the entire Colorado continental divide with his wife. He enjoyed taking his family on mountain climbs in Colorado and abroad. He helped coach soccer and skiing for his kids through their high school years. He enjoyed reading, biking and boating in Lake Powell with his wife and friends. He was past president of the Grand Valley Veterinary Medical Association and held office with the Colorado Veterinary Medical Association, Mesa County Animal Welfare Forum, and Grand Valley Veterinary Medical Clinic. He is remembered for his jokes and fun-loving lifestyle as well as his love for his family, friends, and dogs. Friends are invited to celebrate his life Saturday, September 8, 2012, at 1:00 p.m. at the James M. Robb Colorado River State Park in Fruita. $7 park fee, please bring chairs, shade, and potluck. Medley, Pamela Sue - Pamela was 21 years young when she left to be with her Lord. She is greatly missed by her sister.

Miller, Rebecca Ellen (Colladay) - 'Becky' was born September 17, 1970 and went to be with her Lord on December 29, 1997. Her mother says of her beautiful daughter, "We lost our precious Becky to bad choices. Becky was 27 years old at the time of her death with three young sons, ages 5,6 and 5 months. This was one more death to chock up to domestic problems. While trying to stop the baby's father from leaving, Becky climbed on the hood of his car to try to stop him. He chose not to be stopped, and drove off with her on the hood. At sometime during this stupid activity Becky went off the hood of the car and head first onto the street. Within a few hours our daughter, sister, mother and friend was pronounced brain dead from her injuries. Becky left us far too soon and for no good reason. We still miss her daily, she was a very vibrant, lovely girl and will be forever an empty spot in many hearts, until we can all be together in eternity".

Montano, Joshua L. - Joshua was born on September 12, 1978 and went to be with his Lord on August 5, 1999. He will, and is dearly missed by his family and friends but "he made us all better by adding that little something to each of our lives :) We love you, Joshua!"


Murnion, Justin J. - Justin was born September 14, 1978 and went to be with his Lord on September 13, 1997. He was taken by an auto accident the day before his 19th birthday. His mother, Cathy, has reason to be very proud of her son, she says, "An outstanding person, he was admired by his peers and set a great example. He devoted alot of time working with children, coaching and refereeing soccer, which he loved to play. He was in his second week of college, which he had so looked forward too, and the night before his death he had been inducted into a faternity. He was known as always being the "designated driver" and took this job seriously, his friends knew they could always call on him, even if it was 3AM. CAN you tell I am EXTREMELY PROUD of my son... and Miss him so much sometimes I don't know if I can breath.. but his strength keeps me going and in his memory fills my heart." Justin will be greatly missed by family and friends.

Nazario, Rafael - Rafael was born May 4, 1940 and went home to be with the Lord on February 15, 1999. His loving wife Linda says, "My friend and husband, I miss you. Waiting to be with you again. Your lady and wife.

Neal, Betty Joyce - Betty was born on July 19, 1931 and she joined her heavenly Father on January 11, 1999. Her grand-daughter says, "She was a loving wife of Robert Earl Neal, a loving mother of Belinda Sherrer, Richard Bunyard, Ceil Bunyard, Scott Neal, Kenny Neal and Randy Neal. She also had 6 grand children that loved her very much. In memory of my grandmother I would like to quote a verse from the Bible 'For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:16.'" She will be greatly missed by her family and friends.

Nicholas, Alice - Alice has gone home to be with her Lord, leaving behind family and many friends who love her and greatly miss her. She was a dear friend.

Ordonia, Daniel F. - Daniel went to be with his Lord on September 15, 1999. His loving daughter says, "We miss him very much. He has joined my sisters Maree and Kim. Although we do not have him with us he is with the Lord and the rest of the family. I will always miss his hugs and kisses, but now my sisters hug and kiss him for me. I love you Daddy!" He will be greatly missed by those friends and family left behind.

Orsborn, Timothy Dale - Timothy was born August 30, 1974 and went to be with his Lord on March 6, 1998. His little sister, Tresa, says, "March 6, 2000, it will be 2 years since I lost my big brother in a very bad car accident. He was 24 when he was killed. He had two small boys, Micheal, 4 yrs old and Josh, 3 yrs old. His best friend of many years was the one driving the car. They hit a utility pole. The driver flew out his window and my brother was pinned in the car. They say he died on impact. He and my dad (See Orsborn, Tom, below) were very close. WE ALL MISS HIM SO MUCH.....WE WILL NEVER EVER FORGET HIM."

Orsborn, Tom - Tom went to be with his Lord and join his son in April, 1998. His daughter, Tresa, says, "I would also like to remember my dad. He passed away a little more than 1 month away from Timmy dieing (See Orsborn, Timothy Dale, above). They (Tim and his father, Tom) were living together, because Timmy had to take care of my dad, because he was dieing from liver failure. He was 42 when he passed away." He is greatly missed by his family and friends.
