CAST(S): N/A OTHER: I never really planned to start dressing up as Columbia, the idea kind of chose me. I wanted to dress up to go to the day after Halloween show at the Tampa Theatre, but I didn't really know what exactly I wanted to wear. As I was shopping around, different things caught my eye, a gold top hat at a costume shop, and then a shiny gold top at a thrift store that could easily be converted into a tailcoat. It all seemed too perfect not to be fate. Columbia has always been one of my favorite characters from the movie, and the idea seemed like a lot of fun so I figured, "what the hell!" I have now become one of the few audience members who actually shows up in costume on Saturday nights. I'm also currently re-constructing a new and improved costume since it appears I will be wearing it for a very long time!! (Added to site on 1/22/04) |
