Andouille Sausage (Turkey)

2 lbs ground turkey
2 tsp salt
3/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp allspice
1/4 tsp mace
3/4 heaping tsp thyme
3/4 tsp cayenne
3/4 tsp chili powder
4 tbs onion minced
3/8 tsp garlic powder
3 tsp Wrights Liquid Smoke
1/4 cup water
Mix ingredients well and stuff into casings or roll into 1/2 lb rolls and 
wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. Can be sliced into rounds and cooked in 
frying pan, or broken up and used to flavor other dishes.
