What is Love?
Love is....
deliberate, humble, understanding
transcendent, compassionate, intuitive
truthful, knowing, prudent
regenerative, resourceful, hopeful
merciful, sure, constant
versatile, enthusiastic, exuberant
joyful, cheerful, encouraging
caring, kind, communicative
loving, boundless, patient
confident, inspiring, fearless
devoted, responsive, sympathetic
harmonious, cooperative, expressive
considerate, trustworthy, conscientious
benevolent, reverent, respectful
charitable, unbiased, versatile
forgiving, unifying, complete, and perfect.
Love covers all sin.
Love brings rest.
Love rejoices in the truth.
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things.
Love does not envy nor is easily provoked.
Love is courageous and does not fear.
Love is longsuffering and full of compassion.
Love is right in her ways; rightness, righteousness.
Love manifests and reveals.
Love reveals our iniquities.
Love creates and is creative.
Love is a beacon and beckons us all.
Love leads, attracts and directs.
Love is the light of our life.
Love is excellent; love excels.
Love is glorious and majestic.
Love heals and rebuilds.
Love plants and love harvests.
Love reconciles our differences.
Love ventures and is victorious.
Love washes us in the waters of life.
Love brings out the best in us all.
Love is full of Grace and Hope.
Love is holiness.
Love reigns supreme.
Love is God.
Whenever you experience Love, you experience God.
To the degree that you know Love, you know God, for
God IS Love.
Whatever Love is, God is; whatever God is, Love is.
Whatever Love isn’t, God isn’t.
To the degree that we are loving we know God.
The more our hearts become pure in Love, the more we know God.
Purifying our souls involves finding Love in our hearts.
We accept God by accepting Love.
We believe in Him by believing in Love.
Righteousness is walking in the Love we’ve been given.
God’s Love is freely given to us and we are being called by Love to become ONE with Love.
If we become Love, we bear His image, we become Sons of God, born of God.
He loved us who knew not Love, because He is Love.

BIBLICAL REFERENCES TO GOD'S LOVE
He that loveth not knoweth not God; for God is love. (1 John 4:8 )
And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him. (1 John 4:1)
Beloved, let us love one another: for love is of God; and every one that loveth is born of God, and knoweth God. (1 John 4:7)
That Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith; that ye, being rooted and grounded in love, May be able to comprehend with all saints what is the breadth, and length, and depth, and height; And to know the love of Christ, which passeth knowledge, that ye might be filled with all the fullness of God. ( Ephesians 3:17-19)
As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. (John 15:9-10)
And I have declared unto them thy name, and will declare it: that the love wherewith thou hast loved me may be in them, and I in them. (John 17:26)
This is my commandment, That ye love one another, as I have loved you. (John 15:12)
For God so loved the world, that he gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in Him should not perish, but have everlasting life. (John 3:16)
