Date: Mon, 30 Dec 1996 05:30:54 Organization: GNN Did anyone catch the Art Bell show of several weeks ago in which the guest referred to a US Code inacted in 1996, which allows the Feds to use Chimical or Biological agents against the Public at large, WITHOUT THEIR CONSENT OR KNOWLEDGE ? Apparently, all they have to do is notify "Local Officals ", which I guess means whoever they deem to by "Official" at the time, 30 days prior to doing it !!!! I thought this rather far fetched, so I went to the recommended reference material, which happened to be the Cornell Law University Law Library. There, in black and white was the information mentioned! Talk about balls. Someone slipped this law through, and almost noone has heard of it, or knew of it's existence. Art Bell's web site still has a link to the Cornell site. (http://www.artbell.com ) If you all are interested, I'll try to grab a copy of the actual law, and u/l it here. Found the actual US Code: It's US Code Title 50 Chapter 32 entry #1520. You can see it for yourselves at WWW.law.cornell.edu/uscode/50/ Then go to title 50, chapter 32 and look under 1520 it's right there for everyone to find, but only apparently if you know it exists, and it's numbers ! Here is what he is talking about. If you don't believe it go to: http://www.law.cornell.edu/uscode/50/1520.html UNITED STATES CODE = TITLE 50 - WAR AND NATIONAL DEFENSE = CHAPTER 32 - CHEMICAL AND BIOLOGICAL WARFARE PROGRAM = =A7 1520.
