Filipino cooking is very versatile and most of the recipe here might make other culture balk in disgust but hey, it's just a matter of preference and it is for those who have developed their palate but I dare you to try...believe me you are missing a lot.

For my country folks especially those who are working or living abroad..I bet you missed Filipino foods as much as I do and that's why I made this site specially for you so you can at least try to copy Nanay's cooking (sigh). Or you can visit me at Cricket's Oriental Food Mart where I am the Chef.
