Descendants of William & Elizabeth Mullins


2.  William Mullins b. ca 1720 Virginia - d. ca 1791 Franklin County, Virginia, md Elizabeth _______ b. ca 1725 Virginia.  William Mullins appears in the 1749 Lunenburg County, Virginia Tax List.  He lived in the western section of Lunenburg County which became Halifax County in 1752; Pittsylvania County in 1767; Henry County in 1776; and Franklin County in 1786.  William Mullins surveyed 222 acres on Pigg River "beginning at point on Kerbey's line" on 24 April 1753 and 290 acres on the East Fork of Town Creek on 19 April 1769.  Thomas Hall sold William Mullins 200 acres "more or less" on Pigg River on 23 Jan. 1762.  William Mullins Sr. sold Jeremiah Ward 100 acres on the north side of Pigg River on 26 Aug. 1768.  William Sr. sold his son William Mullins Jr. 290 acres on the East Fork of Town Creek branch on 19 Oct. 1778.  William and Elizabeth had the following known children:

11.   iv.     Nancy Mullins b. ca 1750 Virginia md William Stanley Jr.
12.   v.      Booker Mullins Sr. b. ca 1768 Virginia - d. during the Civil War in Wise County, Virginia
