43. Nancy Mullins b. ca 1793 North Carolina - d. prior to 1830 Kentucky md Thomas Kelly b. 22 Aug. 1775 North Carolina, son of John & Polly (Ison) Kelly, on 28 April 1808 Floyd County, Kentucky. They are listed on the 1810 and 1820 Floyd County, Kentucky censuses. Thomas and the children are listed in the 1830 Perry County, Kentucky Census. Thomas and Nancy were both buried on the Kelly Cem., which was relocated to the Carr Fork Memorial Cemetery when the Carr Fork dam was built to form Carr Creek Lake in Knott County, Kentucky. Thomas and Nancy had the following children:
