The Pike County Courthouse
146 Main Street
Built in 1887, the red brick courthouse was remodeled in 1932 and virtually surrounded by the newly enlarge yellow brick building. The style is somewhat eclectic, but is considered by some to be Spanish Rennaisance. It was again remodeled and a wing added with the work completed in 1992 and was beautiful done by keeping with architecture and historical integrity of the structure. The red clay time roof is topped by an ornate and elaborate clock tower topped with a copper sheet domed roof.
