TREATY BETWEEN Principality of Corumburg AND Grand Duchy of Thornly
The Treating Parties:
Principality of Corumburg
Grand Duchy of Thornly
Article 1.
By this Treaty, the High Contracting Parties establish among themselves diplomatic relations.
Article 2.
1. Principality of Corumburg hereby recognizes The Grand Duchy of Thornly as a sovereign, independent and democratic state under International Law for all intents and purposes.
2. The Grand Duchy of Thornly hereby recognizes Principality of Corumburg as a sovereign, independent and democratic state under International Law for all intents and purposes.
Article 3.
1. Principality of Corumburg shall be free to take such measures as it shall deem expedient to maintain diplomatic relations between itself and the Grand Duchy of Thornly.
2. Grand Duchy of Thornly shall be free to take such measures as it shall deem expedient to maintain diplomatic relations between itself and Principality of Corumburg.
3. Principality of Corumburg hereby affirms that it will not attack or invade the Grand Duchy of Thornly, or otherwise violate the territorial integrity or national sovereignty of the same, or harm the person or interests of any citizen of the same.
4. Grand Duchy of Thornly hereby affirms that it will not attack or invade Principality of Corumburg, or otherwise violate the territorial integrity or national sovereignty of the same, or harm the person or interests of any citizen of the same.
Article 4.
1. In the Principality of Corumburg, the websites or any other virtual property which shall together constitute the Embassy of Grand Duchy of Thornly shall be deemed for the purposes of this Article to be part of the territory of Grand Duchy of Thornly and as such shall be treated as being under the sole jurisdiction of Grand Duchy of Thornly.
Article 5.
The Treating Parties agree to recognise all titles of nobility and ranks and offices of each other, if conferred lawfully by the rightful authorities.
Article 6. That the Treating Parties shall respect each other's diplomatic position in respect of any and all other micro-nations.
Article 7. That the Treating Parties shall respect each other's military and political endeavours in so far as they does not infringe upon their own.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF the above named Plenipotentiaries have signed the present Treaty and have affixed thereto their seals.
