Islam

MUSLIMS, CHRISTIANS, AND JEWS PRAYING TOGETHER?
As we see events unfold after the World Trade Center attack, we see people of different faiths coming together to pray to their gods in league with Christians who are praying to their God concerning this atrocity that took place September 11, 2001.
We have seen many adherents of Islam who are jumping on the bandwagon to separate themselves and their religion from what happened in New York City on Sept. 11, 2001. Various religious leaders in the United States have been very careful to embrace American Muslims, so as not to offend.
But the fact of the matter is that if a person professes to be an adherant of the religion of Islam, and if he or she professes to believe that the Quran is the Word of their god Allah to be believed and obeyed, they cannot separate themselves from the mindset that resulted in this atrocious act.
There are offshoots of Islam who believe that because they don't embrace the same kind of extremism that the Taliban embraces, they are not to be lumped together with the murderers in the Taliban who are responsible for this atrocity. But the very nature of the Quran itself dictates that all Muslims share a common thread of Anti-Semitism and Anti-Christianity.
Muslims have never sanctioned the translation of the Koran into a language other than Arabic; it can be interpreted or paraphrased, but it can never be authentically translated, because the “Arabicity of the Quran” remains a doctrine in Islam, reinforcing the ethnic character of the core of Muslim belief and ritual.
To understand this view-point is absolutely essential to understanding the true nature of Islam.
Historically, the Arabian people are descendants of Ishmael, the first born son of Abraham. As one reads the Quran, he can easily see that Muhammad twisted Biblical facts to alter the Truth of the Bible, declaring that Ishmael was the one that Abraham offered as a sacrifice, rather than Isaac.
Suras 19:54;21:85; and 38:49 identify Ishmael as a prophet. Sura 2:125-132 says that Ishmael helped his father Abraham build the Kaba, a shrine which held many idols before Muhammad came on the scene. Now the Kaba is the focus of an pilgrimage that devout Muslims are to make at least one time in their life. Of course, there are no other sources that confirm these claims before Muhammad composed the Quran.
Because they are descendants of Abraham, Muhammad would naturally acknowledge the fact that the Jewish people and the Christians were “People of the Book.” But because he twisted the scriptures to exalt the Arab people above the Jews and the Christians, the “people of the book” were regarded as second class citizens to the people of Islam, but regarded in higher esteem than the polytheists and unbelievers.
Muhammad, the prophet who wrote the Quran, and who fathered the religion of Islam, embraced and taught his people to worship a god of war, who he called “Allah”. The ultimate purpose of Islam is to bring the world under submission to Allah, and any means to do so is justifiable in the Quran. It is the duty of Muslims to extend the “Household of Submission” (Dar al-Islam) by means of missionary activity, and in some cases, even by military Jihad, if necessary, toward the ultimate goal of a worldwide Islamic community embracing all.
The doctrine of “Jihad” teaches that those who fall “in the cause of Allah” are maryrs who will immediately taste the joys of salvation (Surah 2:154, and Surah 3:169, 195).
Surah 2:153 and 154 says this:
153 O ye who believe! Seek help
with patient Perseverance
and Prayer: for God is with those
who patiently persevere.
154 And say not of those
who are slain in the way of God
“they are dead”.
Nay, they are living,
though they perceive it not.
In the Commentary of the Quran that I have in my possession, regarding the line that says “who are slain in the way of God,” we can discover what is behind the suicide attacks that are characteristic of the Muslim's devotion to Jihad:
“ The `patient perseverance and prayer' mentioned in the last verse is not mere passivity. It is active striving in the way of truth, which is the way of God, Such striving is the spending of one's self in God's way either through our prosperity, or through our own lives, or the lives of those nearest and dearest to us, or it may be the loss of all the fruits of a lifetime's labour not only in material goods but in some intellectual or moral gain, some position which seemed in our eyes to be eminently desirable in itself, but which we must cheerfully sacrifice if necessary for the Cause. With such sacrifice, our apparent loss may be our real gain; he that loses his life may really gain it, and the rewards or “fruits” that seem lost were mere impediments on our path to real inward progress.
These extreme sacrifices must be made under the orders and instructions of a righteous Imam, who can see the whole field of spiritual and physical warfare and judge justly of their necessity. Otherwise there is no inherent virtue in mere sacrifice as such or when exercised at the whim of an individual….”(pg.61 “The Glorious Qur'an, translation and commentary by A. Yusef Ali)
Here we see the fact that a Muslim is conditioned in his devotion to this war god that he serves to esteem all else as nothing in the furtherance of Islam, even if it means taking his own life. If an Imam instructs a faithful Muslim to be a suicide bomb for the sake of Islam, REGARDLESS OF WHAT POSITION THIS MAN MAY HOLD, he is bound to obey in the Name of Allah. A doctor who is a Muslim, a Lawyer, or any person of any status in the world are not to esteem their positions above the sacrifice that their god may require of them at the word of one of their religious leaders.
EVEN IF HE IS A TRUSTED FRIEND, and yet is a devout adherant of Islam, according to the above commentary, he will be free to lie to you and tell you that what I just wrote is not true, as long as his Imam told him that he should lie about what he has learned...remember what it said above... "or it may be the loss of all the fruits of a lifetime’s labour not only in material goods but in some intellectual or moral gain,.."
Again, if he seems to be a trusted friend to you, and you are a Jew or a Christian, his religion says that he cannot be your friend:
"O ye who believe! Take not the Jews and the Christians for your friends and protectors:They are but friends and protectors of each other. And he amongst you that turns to them for friendship is of them. Verily God guideth not a people unjust." Surah 5:54
Those who read the Quran objectively can come to no other conclusion than that Muhammad was decidedly anti-Semitic and anti-Christian in his teachings. Those who are familiar with history can see that this is true. Anti Semitism is prevalent in all Muslim sects. In one way or another, the Arab governments that embrace the Quran as their state religion have been seen to stand with their “brothers” against Israel. Black Muslims, while admittedly a perversion of Islam are also anti-Semitic in their teachings.
The doctrine of Islam is primarily identified with the “five pillars of faith”:
1) Shahada, the basic creed of Islam, testifying that there is “no god but Allah”, and that “Muhammad is the messenger of Allah”.
Many Christians have been led to believe that “Allah” is simply the Arabic name for God, and that their God, and the God of the Bible are one and the same. But this is simply not true. Some scholars have identified Muhammad's god to be the Moon god that the pagan Arabs had worshipped along with a number of other gods that were worshipped in the Kaba. These scholars maintain that Muhammad did away with all the other gods, and kept his family's personal god who was the moon god, Allah. Muhammad's complete name was “Muhammad ibn `Abdallah”. His family name reflected their worship of the god “allah”. Of course, any self respecting, Allah worshipping Muslim will deny that “Allah” was a moon god. They will maintain that “Allah” is just the Arabic name for Israel's God. The only problem with this, is if a Jew was to profess that “Allah” was the God that he worshipped, he would actually be saying that he worshipped a tree.
Strong's Hebrew Chaldee lexicon defines Allah like this:
427 'allah (al-law');
A variation of 424:
KJV-- oak.
2) “Salat” or ritual prayer is the second pillar of faith in Islam.
Muslims are required to perform this ritual prayer five times daily, at dawn, noon, mid-afternoon, sunset, and evening. Each element of this prayer is minutely regulated, and is centered on prostrations and bowing in the direction of the Kaba in Mecca.
Inside the Kaba, there is a black stone, which is a sacred object embedded in the southeastern corner of the building. It is referred to as the foundation of the house and as the right hand of God on the earth. The black stone is pre-Islamic, and myths affirm that it fell from heaven. Although Muslims are quick to insist that it is not an idol, Muslims kiss and touch it during their pilgrimage to Mecca.
Again, these facts in themselves point to the fact that the Jewish and Christian God is not the same god as the Muslim's Allah. Jesus Christ Himself is referred to as the foundation of God's House, and not some mystic rock in a house that once lodged numerous idols.
1 Cor 3:10-11
10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.
Eph 2:19-22
19 Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;
20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
21 In whom all the building fitly framed together groweth unto an holy temple in the Lord:
22 In whom ye also are builded together for an habitation of God through the Spirit.
The Holy Bible declares that Jesus Christ is the Right hand of God, not some rock in a building. In Isaiah 40:10-11, The Lord God (not Allah, not an oak tree) declares that He Himself would come with a strong hand, and his “arm” would rule for Him, and that He would feed His flock like a shepherd.
Isa 40:10-11
10 Behold, the Lord GOD will come with strong hand, and his arm shall rule for him: behold, his reward is with him, and his work before him.
11 He shall feed his flock like a shepherd: he shall gather the lambs with his arm, and carry them in his bosom, and shall gently lead those that are with young.
In Isaiah 51:5, he says that the people (Gentiles) would trust in His “Arm”.
Isa 51:5
5 My righteousness is near; my salvation is gone forth, and mine arms shall judge the people; the isles shall wait upon me, and on mine arm shall they trust.(KJV)
Isaiah 52 says that His Holy arm would be revealed to the Gentiles (all nations):
Isa 52:10
10 The LORD hath made bare his holy arm in the eyes of all the nations; and all the ends of the earth shall see the salvation of our God.
In Isaiah 53 we can see that the arm of the Lord is Jesus Christ, the Messiah.
Isa 53:1-12
1 Who hath believed our report? and to whom is the arm of the LORD revealed?
2 For he shall grow up before him as a tender plant, and as a root out of a dry ground: he hath no form nor comeliness; and when we shall see him, there is no beauty that we should desire him.
3 He is despised and rejected of men; a man of sorrows, and acquainted with grief: and we hid as it were our faces from him; he was despised, and we esteemed him not.
4 Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted.
5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed.
6 All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the LORD hath laid on him the iniquity of us all.
7 He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth.
8 He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.
9 And he made his grave with the wicked, and with the rich in his death; because he had done no violence, neither was any deceit in his mouth.
10 Yet it pleased the LORD to bruise him; he hath put him to grief: when thou shalt make his soul an offering for sin, he shall see his seed, he shall prolong his days, and the pleasure of the LORD shall prosper in his hand.
11 He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: by his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; for he shall bear their iniquities.
12 Therefore will I divide him a portion with the great, and he shall divide the spoil with the strong; because he hath poured out his soul unto death: and he was numbered with the transgressors; and he bare the sin of many, and made intercession for the transgressors.
The Almighty God reveals that He Himself is this Arm, manifested in the flesh for the sake of redeeming sinful man:
Isa 59:15-21
15 Yea, truth faileth; and he that departeth from evil maketh himself a prey: and the LORD saw it, and it displeased him that there was no judgment.
16 And he saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor: therefore his arm brought salvation unto him; and his righteousness, it sustained him.
17 For he put on righteousness as a breastplate, and an helmet of salvation upon his head; and he put on the garments of vengeance for clothing, and was clad with zeal as a cloke.
18 According to their deeds, accordingly he will repay, fury to his adversaries, recompence to his enemies; to the islands he will repay recompence.
19 So shall they fear the name of the LORD from the west, and his glory from the rising of the sun. When the enemy shall come in like a flood, the Spirit of the LORD shall lift up a standard against him.
20 And the Redeemer shall come to Zion, and unto them that turn from transgression in Jacob, saith the LORD.
21 As for me, this is my covenant with them, saith the LORD; My spirit that is upon thee, and my words which I have put in thy mouth, shall not depart out of thy mouth, nor out of the mouth of thy seed, nor out of the mouth of thy seed's seed, saith the LORD, from henceforth and for ever.
Isa 63:5
5 And I looked, and there was none to help; and I wondered that there was none to uphold: therefore mine own arm brought salvation unto me; and my fury, it upheld me.
(KJV)
His Right hand and His Arm are synonomous:
Isa 62:8-9
8 The LORD hath sworn by his right hand, and by the arm of his strength, Surely I will no more give thy corn to be meat for thine enemies; and the sons of the stranger shall not drink thy wine, for the which thou hast laboured:
9 But they that have gathered it shall eat it, and praise the LORD; and they that have brought it together shall drink it in the courts of my holiness. (KJV)
Again, we can see that Jesus is the arm of the Lord, that He is the Right hand of the Lord, and not some rock in a building made with hands.
John 12:36-38
36 While ye have light, believe in the light, that ye may be the children of light. These things spake Jesus, and departed, and did hide himself from them.
37 But though he had done so many miracles before them, yet they believed not on him:
38 That the saying of Esaias the prophet might be fulfilled, which he spake, Lord, who hath believed our report? and to whom hath the arm of the Lord been revealed?
The Islamic religion is not compatible with Judaism or Christianity, because it's teachings pervert the words of the Holy Bible.
The fact that the black stone is said to have fallen from the sky is reminiscent of the idolatry that prevailed at Ephesus around a stone that had fallen “from Jupiter”.
Acts 19:35
35 And when the townclerk had appeased the people, he said, Ye men of Ephesus, what man is there that knoweth not how that the city of the Ephesians is a worshipper of the great goddess Diana, and of the image which fell down from Jupiter?(KJV)
Those who profess to be Christians cannot rightfully say that the god Muslims serve is the same God they serve. We must not be deceived. The purpose of Islam is to gain world domination in the name of Allah.
3) Zakat is the third pillar of faith, and it is the legal alms which muslims are to give each year like a tax upon all they posess.
4) The fourth pillar of faith is “Sawm”, which is a month long period of fasting from sunup to sundown each day for thrity days during the month of Ramadan.
5) The fifth pillar of faith is the “Hajj”, in which the adherant of Islam makes a pilgrimage to Mecca, to visit the Kaba, and the stone that is there.
This pilgrimage is required once in every muslim's life. This is the high point of the Muslim's life, when he joins thousands of fellow muslims from all over the world in a show of unity as brother and sisters in Islam. This pilgrimage includes certain prescribed rituals and utterances, walking completely around the Kaba, reenacting certain deeds of Abraham, Ishamael, Hagar, and Muhammad, and offering blood sacrifices simultaneously on the tenth of Dhu'l-Hijja (twelfth lunar month).
On September 12, I sent out an e-mail message, titled the “Line has been drawn” ( http://members.truepath.com/crosscountry4jesus/index66.html ). The gist of the message is that while Christians and Israelis are descendants (Spiritually or Physically) of Isaac; those who embrace Islam are either spiritually or physically descendants of Ishmael, and because of the Muslim's goal of world domination, they cannot walk in peace with Christians and Jews, unless the Christians and Jews submit to their religion.
This message is not to fuel hatred for the Muslim people…they need the Lord just like any one else. The object of this message is to let Christians understand what they are up against when confronted with this dangerous war-centered religion.
