How do I get a boyfriend?

This is going to be a long one. Do you have someone you like whom you wished could be your boyfriend? Or do you simply wish there is someone you could hold hands with, or someone who would wait for you after class?? Actually it would be easier on you if your case were the latter, and that is where I'm going to focus on. If you would like to know how to get closer to the guy you like, please read my previous articles, or wait for me to write a better piece...*smile* Okay, so you are feeling sad and somewhat lonely these few days seeing so many couples around, and with Valentine's Day just around the corner, you are wondering why on earth you don't have one. First, it could be because you have high expectations. That is, you want a real hunk for your boyfriend, and not poor good-boy Lenny who has had a crush on you since god-knows-when. You do not lack of admirers, maybe because of your good looks, but somehow not one of them can meet up to your standards. You can't help but be fussy, about his height, his dressing, his glasses... whatever. Well, what I can say is that you'll never know what you are losing if you turn him down outright. Most lasting relationships started out as unimpressive 'Okay lets just try him out and see how long it lasts', really, no kidding, that's the truth... It is all about getting to know each other, learning to love each other, and falling in love together. So, my advice is for you to give the guy a chance. Don't reject him outright! Go out, DATE, talk and get to know one another better. And then you decide whether you can really accept him as your boyfriend. Don't force yourself if you can't, because you will only end up making the both of you sad. Who knows, he could be THE ONE for you...

Life is a book. If you don't travel, you will always be at page one.
