my son is 11 months old and has a large hemangioma and cystic hygroma spanning the whole right side of his torso from his armpit down to the groin area - he has had 2 ok-432 treatments which resulted in no real reduction in the cyst size - he has been hospitalized 3x with high fevers (each time the cyst seems to get larger - irritated looking) they think the fevers are due to infeciton in the cyst but have never been able to isolate from blood samples - his immature white blood cell count just gets high - on 1 occassion he was hemmoraghing and had to have 2 transfusions - has anyone experienced these high fevers - these are unrelated to the ok-432 therapy - we have been reading it may be a sign of the cyst growing and that perhaps sterroids are a more appropriate treatment - please any info you can share would be greatly appreciated.
