As I can only spend so much time on the site, many features I would like to provide cannot be made until I can rope in some help - sorry guys.

I love gaming, and so I've made DA FINCH ZONE to share my passion with the world. In DA FINCH ZONE you'll find reviews of any new games i like (and some i hate), news about upcoming games, previews of games: just about every damn thing game-related that your ever likely to think of! However, Da finch zone dosen't endorse cheating, and so does not display cheats, codes or hackz.

I origionally got in to gaming through a guy i used to know, named Jon Bennet, so jon if your out there i owe it all to you! this is how it went : <que wigley screen effect and tinkling sound> "back in the summer of '95 jon maneged to get hold of a second hand N64 at EB one day, we got back to his and fired it up on his mums old monochrome tv and spent the night playing such console classics as wave race and pilot wings(now we all remember that!), i got so in to this thing that i brought myself a brand new one with my birthday money, i reckon most of my young life till i was 12 was spent on that thing, its up in the loft somwhere now but i stil like to indulge in a little nostalgic playing for years gone by. It was about february '99 when i crossed the gap, we got a pc and i was hooked - the first PC game i ever played is what most consider to be the best ever, yep you guessed it - valves classic, Half-Life, then the years went by and i played and played and now i consider myself to be somewhat of a connesuer of games, they are my life and blood, my very beating soul, if thats to heavy handed for you then i just simply adore them and this site will be my legacy to them and to me!

Nowadays, im still the same as i ever was - an FPS man and i always will be, some of my more notable favorites include : half-life, unreal tournament, doom, deus ex, quake ii and iii and also the very first wolfenstein 3d!
