3 potatoes, cut into thin wedges
2 medium yams or sweet potatoes, cut into thin wedges
1 Tablespoon olive oil or canola oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon dried basil

Pre-heat the oven to 475. Lightly coat a baking sheet with no-stick spray. In a very large bowl, combine the potatoes, yams or sweet potatoes,oil, garlic powder, paprika, basil, and salt and pepper to taste. mix well. Spread the potatoes in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes, or until lightly browned. Line a large bowl with several layers of paper towels. Spoon the potatoes into the bowl and serve warm.
