Fred L. Stroud, age 20 years, 11 months, 6 days died Sunday 
April 14, 1935 as a result of a motorcycle accident near 
El Paso, Texas.  He was a member of the US Army stationed at
 Ft. Bliss, Texas.  His home was in Addinton.  He leaves his 
mother, Mrs. Lura Stroud of Addington; 2 Brothers: 3 Sisters: 
Jesse Stroud of Tulsa; Arnely of the home; Mrs. Ada White of 
Addinton; Mrs Onita Boyd of Addington and Helen Stroud
 of the home.  Services Wednesday afternoon at 2 O'clock at 
Addington Baptist Church with Rev. Prestige, pastor officiating. 
 Burial will be in Ryan Cemetery.  
He had been in the army since Decmeber 1934.
