Story of a Star

Kelly, Peck, Flynn, Hepburn, Nicholson, Pfeiffer, Close, Ford.

These are just some of the many names of Hollywood greats to grace theatre marquees alongside that of Dean Stockwell.  Born in Hollywood on March 5, 1936 to parents already in "the business," Dean joined older brother Guy in the ranks of child actors. He was much in demand throughout his youth, appearing in 21 films by 21 years of age.  One of the few young actors who made a successful transition into adult acting, Mr. Stockwell has been nominated for and won many awards for work in both film and television, including a Golden Globe for perhaps his best-known role as the holographic observer Albert Calavicci on the series "Quantum Leap."
