Charlie is a terrier mixed breed. He came to Jim and Debby as a stray about 10 years ago. The owner was located, but did not want him back, so he was kept by the Beachboards. The owner did tell Jim and Debby that he had come to her from her mother who had found him bound hand and foot, tossed into a roadside ditch!
