The Israel Society of Ultrasound
in Obstetrics and Gynecology was
established for the protection and preservation of health by promoting
the science of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology and education therein
for the benefit of the public. The aims of the association to fulfill this
objects are:
- To promote and facilitate the exchange
and dissemination of knowledge and information in the field of ultrasound
in obstetrics and gynecology and to publish works in the said field.
- To promote research and development
in the field of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology.
- To propose guidelines and give
advice concerning criteria for optimum apparatus techniques and clinical
applications of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology.
- To promote, organize, manage and
administer conferences, seminars and meetings on subjects of research and
practice of ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology whether regional, national
or international.
