Director
ACDI/VOCA
ACDI/VOCA,
an international development organization seeks DC-based Director for Food for
Development program. Responsibilities: Identify potential food aid monetization
program, strategic planning, travel, assess project options, manage proposal
development, oversee budgets, supervise staff, support overseas offices and
market programs. Qualifications:
B.A.,3+ years overseas experience including writing USAID & USDA
monetization proposals, and/or providing HQ support to development projects,
knowledge of agricultural commodity trading/shipping, excellent oral, written,
problem solving skills; foreign language skills, Master’s degree preferred.
